What do you like best about Accelevents?

I’ve been using Accelevents for 4–5 years now to host virtual conferences and symposiums, and it continues to impress me. The platform is extremely user-friendly, both for admins and for attendees and presenters. One of my favorite features is the ability to replicate past events—it makes setting up repeat conferences so much easier and more efficient.

Their 24/7 chat support has also been a huge help over the years. Any time I’ve had a question or needed assistance, the support team has been quick, professional, and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

What do you like best about Accelevents?

I researched several different providers and landed on Accelevents as the best value for overall features and customization. The entire team is amazing, with exceptional response time via chat support. I was able to customize anything I needed for implementation and the system was user friendly. I have used this at two full events and will use it again for another this September (2025).

One of the biggest bonuses and reason for picking Accelevents was their integration with Square for credit card processing (everyone else used Stripe). We also utilized the integration with our new HubSpot system.

As a person who uses multiple systems and has many years of experience, I most appreciate the constant improvements made by the team. You can tell Marvin takes great pride in his product and knows things can always be improved. And they do it regularly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Accelevents?

If I had to pick one thing that was quirky it would be the mobile app. It was a bit cumbersome for us. But, we are an in-person event only. Sometimes people would be redirected to the browser instead of the actual app and they'd get frustrated. We would be able to assist 9 of 10 times, but the overall experience can be better.
